Our Founder's Story

SubAssist was born out of a second-generation plumbing business owner's needs as he transformed a small service and custom home-based operation into a new home production-oriented business with a rapid growth trajectory. His team struggled to manage purchase orders from home builders and invoices from suppliers. The staff spent tons of time manually checking them to ensure they matched the agreed-upon pricing. His business was responsible for catching any issues before the work started. There were $1000s lost because they didn't match the agreed pricing and were paid without checking. So, they had to have an entire team manually check them and then type them into the accounting system.

He knew there had to be a better way, so he built one. His business solved the scaling challenge, and now you can do it in your business.
